RahmanBag follows an open-trade policy, allowing anyone to purchase from and sell globally through our platform. We are not responsible for any litigation, lawsuits, civil cases, or disputes you may have with any third party. By proceeding to checkout and placing an order with us, individuals and companies agree to RahmanBags’ terms and conditions. The following terms govern the sale by RahmanBags and the buyer.

Payment
We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Payment will be deducted from your account when you place your order.
RahmanBags encrypts all card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol to ensure your payment details remain secure during the transaction. The total cost of your items plus shipping fees, as displayed on the website, will be billed to your credit card.
To maintain a high level of security, we may request additional verification if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Colour of Products & Materials
Product colors displayed on rahmanbag.com may vary depending on your monitor settings and may differ from the actual product color.
We strive to accurately represent the colors and tactile quality of textiles, linings, leather, and other materials used. Please note that all RahmanBags products are crafted from natural leather and textiles of the highest quality.
Since vegetable-tanned leather is a natural material, slight variations in color and texture may occur between products and collections. These variations should be considered unique characteristics, not defects.
Dark or highly pigmented fabrics may transfer color through rubbing; please use caution when in contact with light-colored items. Our textiles have a water-repellent surface but are not fully water-resistant. All leathers are sensitive to rain and moisture.
Sizes
All product sizes listed on rahmanbag.com are external measurements in inches. Since our products are handcrafted, minor size variations may occur.
Claim of Goods
If you wish to raise a claim regarding a purchased item:
- Send details and images of the defective product to us.
- If a manufacturing defect or human error is confirmed, a refund will be issued and credited to your account within 10 days.
If the issue is due to natural wear and tear, improper use, third-party interference, natural disasters, or damage unrelated to production or quality, we may not accept the claim.
